First aid training.

What do we offer?

We can offer CPR and First Aid certification for your staff and residents.

CPR – Participants will learn how to recognise when someone needs help, how to carry out Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation and how use a defibrillator (Certification of Attendance)

Basic Life Support – (As above, NZQA certification, Unit Standards 6402)

Basic First Aid - Gain knowledge and proficiency to provide first aid for a range of injuries and medical conditions (NZQA certification, Unit Standards 6401 & 6402).

Workplace First Aid –  Gain knowledge and proficiency in responding to a range of injuries and medical conditions and manage first aid in an emergency scenario and (NZQA Certification Unit Standards 6400, 6401 & 6402)

Who will deliver the Courses?

The principal trainer is Phillipa Batts. With a background in O.R nursing and exercise science, Phillipa has been teaching First Aid for 6 years with Auckland-based MediTrain.

Courses can be delivered on-site and tailored to your requirements.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
