Village Wellbeing audit..
WellMark and Wellbeing.
Wellness and wellbeing have become buzz words in all sorts of settings in recent times. Here at Wellmark we have been using seven dimensions of wellbeing to frame all our work since 2016. The seven dimensions are physical, social, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational, and financial; in most places the physical and social dimensions are well represented, the others less so.
What is a ‘Wellbeing Audit’?
A Wellbeing Audit is something that we first conducted some years ago and have now completed in over 20 villages around the country. The audit consists of us coming into your village, noting the facilities and infrastructure against a range of criteria, and talking to village management and a representative group of residents.
How does it work / how can I use it?
The village audit is used to assess how well the seven dimensions of wellbeing are represented in your village, and from there we can make suggestions as to how these can be improved by staff and residents. As part of the process, we can survey the current state of wellbeing of a group of residents, design and implement interventions to improve this, and then re-test after a trial period.
How much?
A basic audit of a small to medium size village can be achieved for as little as $1215 + GST and expenses; larger villages or a more comprehensive scope can be quoted individually. Contact the team to discuss your requirements
